October, 1999 I bought a CompUSA laptop computer. In the ten months that I have had the unit, it has been in for repair four times. I just got it back from repair after the fouth time and it still has the same problem!
CompUSA does not even try to repair their computers. What they do is bull shit the consumer. Each time my computer has come back from repair, it still had the same problem that it had before it was sent in .
They will not even provide a refund. What kind of business practice is that?
CompUSA will NEVER get my money
or business again. I intend to spread the word----DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER
