After being a loyal customer for DECADES, it HURTS to add Toshiba to the list of Companies with shoddy service and exploitive policies. It's just sad to watch Toshiba become the new Dell as Toshiba's support services go down the drain. If you type the words "Toshiba sucks" into google, you get 2049 hits, and that's with the phrase in qoutes. We have linked to a few of the "Toshiba Servive and Support Sucks" blogs and complaint pages below. There are so many more it almost makes you wanna cry. Sooner or later these companies are going to realize that making a few extra dollars by screwing their customers costs them MUCH more in the long run.
