what a fucking joke. When I originally purchased my compaq computer the
printer / scanner could not communicate with my presario. I got online
and downloaded a patch. Now, after my hard drive has failed 3 times, I
called to download the patch. I was hung up on 3 times. I called a 4th
and asked to speak to the supervisor (Sandy). She promised me she would
stay on the line and transfer me. You guessed it. I was hung up on for
a fourth time. During our brief conversation, Sandy told me that they
get
thousands of calls a day and their system sometimes drops calls because
it is at capacity. Yeah, not surprising.
