Compusa deliberately gave us the wrong parts for our high speed internet, and said to hook it up, it would be one appointment. That was before appointment #5 with them and comcast to install the modem, cables, etc. It was supposed to be one appointment, I almost failed my teacher certifcation class ( methods of social studies) because so much time was lost sitting on my rear end and returning network cards. Our dell, part of the network, did not even print for a while, nor did it get comcast, the company for high speed internet access. I dont want to be part of a lawsuit, but I can say this much, your story does not surprise me, and if I were already a certified teacher, with more computer knowledge, I would have smashed both my dell, and my laptop over someones head there, but I can't since I depend on both to succeed in this world.
