Stall 'til the Warranty Expires

I bought my computer in for repairs on 2/24/99.  I picked it up on 3/8/99.  The next day the original problem occurred.
Returned it on 3/13/99 (had to go out of town for a few days)
They said maybe the system board the replaced was defective.  I asked why the "same problem" would re-occur even if the system board was defective.  Then they said maybe it was the new mouse I had purchased (The original problem was the mouse).

I picked up the computer yesterday 3/23/99 and, guess what, the same problem surfaces again today.  It is almost impossible to contact the tech department by phone.  They do not pick up.  I have to call the floor and ask someone to go to the tech department and pick up the phone.
Almost 3 weeks in total for repairs and I still have the same problem !!!!!!!!

I have reported CompUSA to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer's protection.  I don't know what else to do. My warranty is running out (purchased 4/13/98).  I am without my computer for long periods of time and I am also paying for an on-line service I hardly ever get to use.
