Compusa in Henderson Nevada truly sucks

I walk into a CUSA store in Henderson, NV ready to drop $2500 on a laptop. I narrow the choices down to 2 machines, a Toshiba and an Apple. I ask the salesperson waiting on me if I can view a DVD on both machines, (the resolution of such is a significant issue for which computer I ultimately choose), he says sure, and then 15 minutes later, re-appears and says the store is not "Set up to do that". I ask to speak to his manager and state that if they can't spend $10 on a DVD so that customers can make an informed decision, then I'm not "Set up to give them any money". The smug little asswipe then proceeds to explain to me in a patronizing way that no stores (meaning any and all computer stores) do this. I remind him that I am getting ready to walk out of their store with $2500 in CASH to go deal with a competitor. They don't seem real remorseful about anything that's occured thus far. 25 minutes later, I've bought a laptop at a competitor's store, and YES they had absolutely no problem getting a frigging DVD and letting my watch it on 2 machines. Ironically, the salesperson that waited on my is an ex-employee of the CUSA down the street, and says that the manager I dealt with has driven several potential customers to his store.
 
They truly don't give a rat's ass about you, before, during, or after the sale. After emailing them and complaining TWICE about my experience in their store and not receiving an answer, I went by again, and simply stood there in a store that maybe had 50 people (including staff) in it just to see what the wait time was. 35 MINUTES LATER, after requesting some help, no one had waited on us. As I left the store, I saw turdface (don't know the manager's real name, but this would certainly fit) sitting on his ass in a cubicle by the exit doors PLAYING A VIDEO GAME!!!. 
 
Do NOT deal with Compusa!! Do NOT deal with Compusa!! They don't deserve your time, attention, or money!! I am going to enjoy the next 12-18 months watching the company continue its downward spiral into bankruptcy or worse. I'll also enjoy the extemely high probabliltiy that the punk manager will be reincarnated as a drone flipping burgers at McDonald's within the same timeframe. (if he can even do that).
