This Is A Horrible, Horrible Company

We got an extended 3 year warranty for our Computer City Computer in May, 1998.  Almost right away we had to start dealing with their repair people.  It is horribly frustrating.  The wait to get the first person is 30 minutes to two hours, and the next wait for the technician is never less than an hour.  Last night we were on hold from 7 pm until they closed at 11 pm, with never an answer.  Every 30 seconds a message comes on about the "excessive wait times" although in 2 years the wait is always excessive. When they do determine you need a part, the wait for the part and technician to put it in has never been less than a month.  Since a recent crash, the technicians keep coming up with strange solutions, ie. a windows 98 start up disc for a windows 95 computer.  When we made one, it wasn't good enough, "go make another and call back".   We got a technician friend to look at it who says it looks like a bad memory. 

This is a horrible, horrible company.

I don't have things documented to join your lawsuit, but did want to wish you luck.  Put us on the jury!
