I agree. They bought out a very fine computer store in Portland Oregon at Jantzen Beach, closed it and replaced it with a terrible one. At the store they replaced we got great help and information. The new CompUSA store is full of people that have no idea about anything and do not have time to help you. Stay away until they change or move away.
